Cancellation policy.

At le tooth, we strive to deliver excellent dental care to all our patients in a timely manner.  We appreciate our patients have busy schedules and respect our patients’ time.

When you schedule an appointment with us, that time has been set aside especially for you.  We respectfully ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy so that we can run appointments efficiently and on time as a courtesy to all patients.

We request that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  This give us adequate time to reallocate your timeslot to another patient who is in urgent need of dental treatment.

Since we turn patients away to hold your appointment, any missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of $100.

Appointment reminders.

Five (5) days prior to your appointment you will receive an email reminder of your appointment.

48 hours prior to your appointment we will attempt to contact you via a courtesy reminder call or by SMS.

It is your responsibility to confirm your attendance or reschedule your appointment, even if you have not received a courtesy reminder (e.g. you missed our call or you did not view your reminder email/SMS).

Missed appointments.

If a patient is more than 20 minutes late, their appointment will be cancelled and considered a missed appointment.

If a patient fails to attend three (3) scheduled appointments, the patient may not be rescheduled for future appointments.
